Short version: Theory is a tool for turning a sentence into a basket of stocks. It is not advice, it is not a broker, and right now you cannot buy anything with it.

Every basket on this site is generated by a language model from a public list of tokenized equities. No human reviews it, it is not backtested, and no claim is made that any theory will make money. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and we are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary.
Do your own work. If you cannot afford to lose it, do not risk it.
What is not live
The vault factory is deployed on Robinhood Chain. You can connect a wallet, launch a theory as a vault, deposit into one and redeem from it today. Any figure this site shows for a vault is read from the chain, never from us.
Robinhood Chain has no exchange yet. This is the part to understand before depositing: a vault holds your ETH and cannot convert it into the stocks its basket names until a venue exists. The keeper's router is set to the zero address on purpose until then, so nothing can trade even by accident. Your claim on the vault is redeemable throughout.
If and when you can buy
A theory vault is a smart contract. You interact with it directly from your own wallet, you custody the token yourself, and we never take possession of your funds. That also means we cannot reverse a transaction, recover a lost key, or undo a mistake for you.
Smart contracts can contain bugs. Ours is tested, but tested is not the same as proven, and it has not been through a third party audit. Weigh that.
What you publish
You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing a theory you give us permission to display it on this site. Do not publish anything unlawful, anything designed to manipulate a market, or anything you do not have the right to post. We may remove a published theory without notice.
Fees
When vaults go live, a protocol fee of 0.5% and a creator fee capped at 2% accrue on deposits and redemptions. The current values always live in the contract, and the contract is the authority, not this page.
No warranty
Theory is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, from a smart contract defect, from a chain outage, or from a basket that turned out to be wrong.
Eligibility
Do not use Theory where doing so would break the law that applies to you. That judgement is yours to make.
